Asked the guy "manager" at ice cream counter for a specific ice cream. He was in the process of removing some of the ice cream tubes and I wanted to make sure I would be able to get the said ice cream. He told me I need to go to the register to order. Skipping a head... after a wait in line, them taking my order and money. They proceeded to tell me that the ice cream I wanted was not available because they were cleaning the case. The employees knew this before I got in line and taking my order. What a waste of my time.

We never said anything at all, but she closed the windows before we could defend ourselves. There was another car behind the line, so I couldn't say anything, but I felt it was very rude and I was annoyed. An employee who is angry with a customer who did not do anything is not tolerable. Please choose staff wisely.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
