- JSJack Stolze1 day ago1.0It's hard to believe, but someone has actually offered worse customer service than Xfinity. After placing an online order for groceries to be delivered between 3 and 5 pm. It's now 7:30 and still no delivery after multiple calls to Safeway to see what's going on. We were put on hold, transferred around and given the run around. No answers. Finally now it's 7:38 and still no delivery. Safeway had the colossal nerve to say that door dash does their deliveries and they can't help what door dash does. We should call door dash ourselves and see what can be done to get a driver there to pick up and deliver our order. Of course Safeway contracts with whoever they choose to make their deliveries. It's on them to make it happen. We're just a third party with no relationship to door dash. Apparently Safeway doesn't value our business. This isn't the first time deliveries have been hours late from Safeway, but it will be the last. PS it's now 7:45...still no delivery.
