Now as for the evening crew I don't bother with this wendys because my order always gets messed up and the refuse to remake what they mess up!! Thank you morning crew for making my stops special every time. And a special should out to Karen (drive thru lady) she's my favorite employee!!

And every week I get it through the drive-through. There are multiple locations that I go to, and I’ve never had an issue. The four dollar biggie bag, used to be the 4 for 4. This location is holding it at hostage, refuses to sell it to me for absolutely no reason. I have explained to them that I have never needed to purchase it on the app even though they tell me I have to. Refusing to sell something that you clearly have and other locations are giving, makes no sense to me and genuinely feels personal at this point. If I had to purchase it on the app at every location, that would be one thing. That is not the case. It is beyond frustrating
