- LCLynn Carbone1 day ago1.0I'm not sure where to start. Never had an issue at any other location, but I ordered online, and set a pickup time for 5:45pm. I knew I going to arrive 15 minutes early so food would be almost ready just before I arrived. I was there at 5:29pm. I pre-paid over $50 on food and milkshakes. First of all, the floors were beyond filthy (it was raining but it looked like dried salt from the snow days ago). The place was empty and no food was cooking. The order was ready WAY before I even arrived. The milkshakes were pulled from a refrigerator and were in there so long the whipped cream deflated and both were pretty melted. I could have expected that and put in my freezer at home. But there was no need for them to melt, I only live 8 minutes away. The only thing "special" about the Birthday Milkshake was that it had some waxy sprinkles in it. The fries and onion rings were ice cold and soggy with grease. The burgers were cold, but reheated just fine. The chicken tenders (which were supposed to be for kids) were burnt to a crisp and dry). Highly disappointed.
