THEN had an attitude I asked for a refund then ordered my correct order. The man snatched my bag and their attitudes were nasty. I won’t be returning. In the end my order was still wrong smh
- CRCJ RolonJul 27, 20222.0The workers move in painful God-awful molaasses-slow motion even during the morning rush. Good smoothies but I hate the lack of customer service, they çould care less. They keep looking at everyone in line stacking up but it doesn't motivate them to move any faster. Only 1 out of 3 people back there are wearing gloves. Sometimes I just get a Wawa smoothie instead because it's SO much faster, even during the morning rush. I wish Jamba opened earlier.
- LHLarisha HicksFeb 4, 20211.0Took a chance and ordered my usual smoothie from this location rather than going to my normal location in Pike Creek and my goodness that was a huge mistake. My smoothie was a watery, tasteless mess. I always modify the avocalada smoothie and I have never had an issue with texture or taste at the Pike creek or college ave locations. When I returned and asked for a refund, I heard to side employees, who had nothing to do with my refund request or order, make comments about my order and went so far as to say my smoothie tasted bad because of the modifications that I made. The rudest of the two went so far as to say hunch her shoulders and make a snide comment about what I should have done with my order. I’ll never visit this location again. Horrible customer service, slow service and poor quality.
