    Customer service was terrible, 01/04/25 Kaitlin and a man messed up my order twice! Then said this can’t happen again like it was my fault they got it wrong. THEN had an attitude I asked for a refund then ordered my correct order. The man snatched my bag and their attitudes were nasty. I won’t be returning. In the end my order was still wrong smh

    Tropical Smoothie Cafe near Christiana Mall has truly become part of my morning routine—it’s my little “me time” oasis. Almost every day, I stop in and get not just a delicious, nutrient-packed smoothie, but also incredible service. Asia, one of the smoothie makers, is such a kind soul. She and the team know my name, my favorite orders, and have even brightened my mornings with encouraging messages written on my cup or bag. The atmosphere is upbeat, the ingredients are wholesome, and the rewards program makes it fun to keep coming back. I especially love when they run their Tropic Weeks and giveaways—just another reason this place stands out. Favorites of mine include the Acai Berry Boost, Island Green, Watermelon Mojito, and the Blueberry Bliss (divine!). It’s a great way to fuel your body and your spirit. If you haven’t been, you’ve got to stop by and see Asia and the amazing crew. They make every visit feel special.

    What a day. Ordered 2 smoothies, 2 kale apple slaw, 1 wrap and a 1 sandwich for delivery. I received 1 bag of chips, a smoothie and 1 wrap. REALLY. Contact the store to notify them of incorrect order. Was told by the owner to place another order via the app for delivery and I will be refunded for the first order. The second order was exactly the same and came approximately 45 minutes later. The food was cold and smoothie watery as it was the same from the first order. They did not bother making us fresh food as it sat on their counter long enough for them to deliver the wrong food and us to notice it shortly after delivery and wait for another order to be placed and delivered again. We called and spoke to the manager this time whereas she could not explain why our order was not made over. Poor business practice for handling food. I do not recommend this location. I'm pretty sure they're franchised.
