I believe everyone should be treated with respect and not like trash. @3:40pm today Sunday November 9 2025, I called a customer service representative named - Erica and all she did was shut me up, yelled and eventually hung the phone on me. This was over a product that I paid for and was left behind at the store. I was there the previous day with my receipt and was told the camera needs to be checked fore a replacement even though I called earlier and a customer care representative- Julian asked me to bring the receipt and I could get a replacement. To make matters worse , the store Manager I met named - Brandi was in support of the rude customer service Erica and just told me to grab another item from the shelf. I believe there are better ways to handle issues like this professionally rather than make customers feel less important. I hope this is addressed properly by the management.

I normally don’t post things like this, but the woman working self-checkout between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. was openly racist toward me. When I tried to call the store to report it, the manager refused to speak with me. Please protect your peace and your money don’t support a place that treats people like this.
