So apparently a few minutes before I came someone assaulted him and that explains why the doors were locked at an unusual time. From seeing some of the reviews of them closing early, I get why they closed. They should have posted somewhere that the store was closing early.

We arrived at around 9:45 PM, fully expecting to be served since the store clearly states that it closes at 10 PM. Instead, we found the doors already locked well before the posted closing time. It was honestly embarrassing bringing people for their first visit just to be turned away like that. On top of that, we drove out of our way to get there. That’s time and gas money wasted for nothing. If the store plans to close early, the least they can do is update their hours or put up a notice so customers don’t make the trip for no reason. It’s extremely frustrating and unprofessional to advertise one closing time and then shut down earlier without any warning. Customers plan their visits around the hours you display, and this felt disrespectful and inconsiderate.
