  My fiancee and I ordered our pizza on Uber Eats because we wanted a quick easy pizza place for dinner. After having 5 drivers get to the store and cancel our pickup afterwards, calling the store 3 times with no answer and being on hold for over 30 minutes combined, and waiting for over an hour (we ordered at 6:45pm, it was past 8pm at this point and our food was marked that it was completed and ready for pickup), we switched our order from delivery to pickup (thinking our food was done and there was just an issue with the delivery). When we arrived, we were told they didn't have the ingredients necessary to make our order (it was literally just 2 pizzas and not complicated ones). No problem, we get it! Both of us have worked in the food service industry before and understand things like this happen. But when we asked them what they COULD make us, we were told "nothing" and we needed to order online instead and cancel our Uber Eats order. To cancel our order we had to call customer service, which took another 15-20 minutes to try and cancel our order. When they attempted to reach the store, the store didn't answer the phone (no surprise there), so they were unable to give us a refund for our pizzas that we NEVER received. $50 down the drain and then we had to spend MORE money to get food somewhere else after that. Completely unacceptable, if you want pizza go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! This place sucks.

  Very unprofessional staff made our order wrong and when I called back to tell them they said I have to pay more to correct it even though it was their mistake

  I ordered over the phone a large garlic cheese stuffed crust with pepperoni and mushroom something simple. I arrived before the order was finished not abig deal the 1 and only worker I saw said it will be a couple minutes so I paid. When the pizza was done after i already paid is when I was informed they did not have mushrooms and substituted extra pepperoni. What really frustrated me is that my pizza order was taken from someone not at the store and because of that they didn't know the store didn't have mushrooms I would have changed my order if I was given the correct information.

  If I could give this store 1/2 star I would. This is the 3rd time I walked into this located in People Plaza Shopping center Glasgow Delware. I tried ordering 2 large pizzas one topping each always and I mean always a problem. It's the same person each time telling me I have to wait 45 mins to 1hour for all the Door Dash orders prior to placing my order. Why should I have to wait that long and I am a walk-in. When I say that's INSANE😡 Please Corporate Papa Johns come to that location and do a secret shoppers especially around Saturdays between 8 and 9 P.M. You will see for yourself. 🎤
