- DBDon BakerFeb 21, 20261.0Absolute worst experience of any steakhouse chain. We arrived just before 5pm, it was busy, but not packed. There were numerous (6-8+) empty tables throughout. We were seated, handed a couple of menus and that's where it ended. It was nearly 5 minutes before the waiter came and basically threw the bread tray on the table and zoomed off. No, Hi, I am so and so, I will be your waiter. About 3-4 more minutes he came by again and dropped the plates for the bread and I mean dropped them on the table. After close 10 minutes, no one requested our drinks, like we didn't exist. Well, we don't, at least not for Outback, that is the last time we will ever step foot into one. If they don't or won't staff to provide a good experience they don't desire to be in business!!!

Great deal, they were delicious, easy to order and friendly encounter!! I plan to order from here again & again, it’s always worth the trip!!
