  NEVER GOING BACK Been going here like once or twice a year the past 3-4 years and each time it's something else. I won't even touch on the awful and convoluted pricing of their games where you spend $30 on a card with 2 people and it's empty within 20 minutes. Horrible value for your dollar. Been bowling 3 times and never once had an experience where something didn't go wrong in the lanes. Usually some sort of mechanical failure. Also sat down to eat just twice. Last time they told us to seat ourselves and a server never came to take our order after sitting there for over 20 minutes. Terrible service and the only reason why I ever go is because nothing else like it is close by. But I'm done for good now lol

  We had an amazing time at Main Event! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Everyone we interacted with had a great attitude and made sure our group was taken care of, with a special thank you to Jaden and Lisa who went above and beyond to accommodate our party! It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

  Nice place for kids to have fun, loud music, but I don't think it's a bad thing. Ordered wings and fries and got food poisoning, been down for 3 days now, thank Main Event! Ps. I've been to a lot of sketchy places and never got food poisoning, like they say there is always a first for everything, but this is kind of ridiculous. Had to google what could be the issue: Undercooked chicken Cooked, then held at unsafe temperatures Cross-contamination 🤮

  I found bartender Brett to be pretty cold and rude. I am always patient, polite and respectful, but for some reason I was made to wait until everyone else (groups, couples, and some of who got to the bar after me) got their drink, despite multiple acknowledgements (although no greeting, spoken word, or other diaglogue from him). I understand that I look young (27), am alone, and so I suppose they figure that am not going to tip well (though why would I in this case?) I try to understand that I guess Brett decided I was not worth his time... unfortunately, that couldn't be further from the truth, but the point is moot now. I still tipped Would you return to a bar that made you feel like an annoyance or a burden, just for literally just taking a seat? What the hell is this guy's problem? Someone tell him that whining to his patrons about how he only makes $2/hour is *not* the ideal strategy to increase tips and guest satisfaction. $7.5 for a domestic bottle... LOL 🤣

  Went hear for the first time on 2/10 around 130pm. My wife and I went in to go bowling which was a little pricey. Durg our game the pins did not set up. We had 20 minutes left my wife walked up to alert them. The lady was on her phone had an attitude because she had to come back and restart the machine mean while while she iis taking her time our time is running out. Update they responded to this post and asked me for more details day I was there time, after I provided it heard nothing. I sent a follow up e mail asking if there was anything else I can do for them after a week. They did not respond so it is no wounder the employees do not care because the people who handle this dont care as well.
