Spent $265 on play cards to find that 1 out of every 2 machines we played were broken but still took the credits first. I went to tell the staff which are non existent on the floor so I went to where the main cashier sits. I told him about the games and the experience we were having only for him to say th err e was nothing they could do. I said why not switch the games off that were not working and he shrugged is shoulders and said not his problem. I was so frustrated. I told him that that was not a good way to run a business. Nothing was done to make our experience any better. I went to the restroom before my quick exit only to find that the floor was flooded with urine and no cleaning in sight. I actually feel like I was scammed tonight. Shame.

The staff was phenomenal from booking the party to execution of the event. Every staff member was quick to assist us and make the birthday boy feel extra special. Lisa our party coordinator was so much fun! Ajani at the restaurant made sure all our food was out on time. Amber at the bar provided exceptional service. I would highly recommend booking a birthday party here. We are looking forward to returning.
