- AOAugusto OspinaJan 5, 20261.0This is the worse place I’ve ever been, I came with my family to get something for breakfast and the server is the worse persone I’ve ever came across with, she was super rude, telling us the oven wasn’t working in bad way plus she said get out of my line as she was the owner, her name is jamie Quinn, having employees like this hurt both restaurant’s name and reputation.

- SRSamantha RoblesDec 22, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Manager Jamie Quinn is the worst when it pertains to customer service. Her coworkers were helpful unlike her. She was frustrated and stressed due to the morning rush, completely understandable. However l don’t understand not informing customers that they cannot make the order due to being under staffed so they closed the kitchen. Although I saw her on her phone talking in the kitchen, funny. When I had to ask where is my order, she crumbled up my receipt & said I would not be getting a refund although they were unable to complete the order. When I had something to say puts her hand up and states I will not be giving you a refund. I simply then asked for my receipt so I can dispute for my money back and she said “you’re not getting shit, you’re done” She was very dismissive and ugly with other customers as well. Luckily as I previously stated her other coworkers were helpful. As for Jamie, do better! If you’re so miserable maybe you should reconsider your employment in customer service! :)
