All the lights were on and they were closed. Too many Dunkin’s are dropping service across the North East. The Indian workers stared at me when I tried the door thinking it was open since the lights were on. Such a shame these franchises are getting worse and worse. @dunkin

She came out and told me she didn't get what she wanted her order was wrong. I went in and corrected the order with a different girl who was very pleasant and accommodating. Someone who can't wait on customers effectively shouldn't be working there if she lets her personal feelings interfere with her work life! Walking into a place to correct an order that should have been filled easily and then walking out while an employee is very loudly talking on the phone behind the counter is not somewhere I want to be!
