When I called the store, the person who answered said he'd get a manager, but I could hear the conversation between him and the manager "Jim", who said he didnt want to talk to me and I could get a free cheese pizza next time. This pizza was gross. If you want good quality pizza, AND good customer service, go elsewhere!!!!!!!

I had to illegally park in one of the handicapped spaces because there is no where else other than a fire lane and a university only lot. But I stayed in the car and watched the status of the pizza on their website so that if I needed to move, I would. The order said finished and ready for pick up, so I went in, only to be told it would be 3 more minutes. More parking is desperately needed, and they should find a permanent parking area for their delivery car.
