Instead of listening and apologizing because I wasn't even talking about what he said. It escalated from there. The driver read what the ticket said and did what she wanted anyway. Incompetence and worthless! Her and the manager.

So i decided to try again today they brought everything but my 2 liter I tried to notify the dasher but he pulled off I hope it was because he didn’t hear me maybe but I call the store and before I could say anything they were like hold on then had me on hold for 20 + minutes . so I drive to the store and they were just sitting there while I'm on hold … yeah and they give me just a soda & no refund on the tip I tipped the dasher. They also didn’t give any physical coupons . which I asked if they had but they didn’t have any I guess they just say somehow they will have a free soda for me next time . But like how would they know they when I will order again ? “ im a put it in the “comments “ … right . Bad business can’t believe I had drive there just to get what I paid for then I also tipped someone that didn’t perform the task correctly. I thought this time I ordered would be better or they would have made it right. It’s cool I’ll go back to papa John’s & leave my comment right here.
