- DPdhvani patelJan 8, 20261.0I went there today at 2pm for my lunch got my lunch and at check out I ask the employee BIKONA for regular chips and 2 vinaigrettes I pay for my meal, gives me only 1 vinaigrette I ask for the second she says I have to pay for it I said that’s fine, gives me the second and doesn’t even charge me for it, I go at a table to seat and eat to find out she hasn’t given me the chips I asked for and I paid for I go back right away ask for it and rudely gives it to me says that she swear she gave it to me and when I ask for a manager walks away with an attitude. Another employee comes in stead of manager I asked very politely for them to check the camera since there employee swears she gave me the chips if she did why would I go back for it. No manager comes out to speak and the employee says she will talk to her. Very rude and ridiculous service for something that I wasn’t given by the employee in rush instead of replying politely and saying sorry tries to blame it on a customer.

Would absolutely have it again Customer service was excellent, they explained how we could select. Very nice since we didnt know. Thank you staff and managers at this location!!
