- SSSOct 13, 20251.0Several things wrong this visit. Placed an online order, wasn't ready at the scheduled pickup time. Had to wait several minutes for the order to be ready. Then they did not have the chimichurri sauce that I already paid for online but she substituted queso which was acceptable. But the worst part of the entire thing was when we got home to eat our food it was discovered that all of the rice in all 3 meals had copius amounts of salt not even mixed in, like someone had dumped salt into the rice, didn't mix it in, and then scooped the salt and rice into our bowls. Literally got a mouthful of salt with the spoonful of rice. Food unedible and too far and inconvenient to run back to ask for a replacement or refund. Not happy and very dissatisfied.

To top it off, we were lucky enough to receive old, sad portions of food — all for the simple crime of placing a normal order. Truly five-star service.
