I get you have to manage equity in waitstaff per table, but when you won’t sit my group in a booth as requested and there are many available because that waitress is not up in rotation, that’s a problem with your system.
As always, the food is consistently good, but for a slow Monday night, the number of tables left uncleaned made it feel like a dive bar.

Worst experience ever. Went here Sunday for an order I placed at 1pm for a 5pm pick up. Got to the restaurant a little after 5pm and at first they couldn't find the order. Then said it would be awhile. That's fine had no problem waiting until 3 HOURS LATER AND NO FOOD. We canceled the order and left with the understanding we would be refunded the $119... well we have yet to get a refund or any answers. Save your money and go somewhere else. Such a horrible experience and still no answers, no food, no refund!!!
UPDATE- we were finally issued a refund 5 days after and spoke with the GM. Apparently this location was having problems with a new computer system and that's why they were only making new orders and not ones placed online hours prior. I think my issue is no one should have to wait 3 hours and then have to leave with no food. That's extreme. I think as a manager on shift someone could have went into the kitchen and made sure the food did get made instead of only relying on a faulty computer system. The issue is a customer waited 3 HOURS and no one in the restaurant decided to problem solve. I hope you guys have resolved the issue and no one else has an experience like this. I hope that management was able to learn from this and do better going forward. As for us, we learned our lesson and won't be back.

This location sucks. The restaurant is always cold and so is the food. They skimp on sauce at every location in delaware but they are owned by same company.

Well, I now know why you shouldn't order anything.But wings at buffalo wild wings. The french fries were good, but I ordered the beer cheese cheesesteak and it was awful. It was overcooked to the point that it tasted crunchy.It tasted awful, not to mention, it was like fifteen dollars.And the size of a hot dog roll. Lesson learned! Should have ordered the wings.They're always good.
