  I made a delivery order online and opted into a promotion where I could buy two cases of soda and get one free. I didn’t want the substituted item that the store selected for me, so I declined it in the app and called the store. I explained that I was calling to request a different kind of soda (the free item), and I was told I could not because my order was already staged, even though it hadn’t left the store. I asked if I could speak with a manager and was informed that there was no nighttime manager and that I would have to call back tomorrow after 6:00 a.m. to speak with someone. The only option I was given was to lose out on the free item that I “paid for.” I met my end of the deal, but Acme did not meet theirs. On top of that my order is also delayed…so I paid extra for delivery and didn’t get my order within the specified delivery window.

  Good evening Google Family. I visited this Acme location after viewing the movie, "Crime 101" at the Main Street Movie location in Newark, Delaware. I just left an ATM and now I am here to purchase a pineapple and some bananas for my smoothie. There were not a lot of people shopping. Today is a just much warmer day, its in the 50's today. Hasn't been that warm in a few weeks. I used the rest room and it was clean. The rest room was located in the back of the store, where the Acme employees work. There were food items back there, like bread and some drink items, plus other things. The rest room came equipped with dryers, paper towels, soap and soap dispensers. To check out, I used the self check out. I had a really good experience here today. I asked an Acme clerk where the rest rooms were and she was nice and friendly. Have a wonderful evening, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over 50 years of age.

  ACME Markets isn’t the closest location for us, but when I can make the trip, I prefer this one. Something about it just works better—the layout feels more functional, and the produce often seems fresher. Hard to put a finger on exactly why, but this location is consistently good and worth the extra drive.

  I've ordered delivery through the website three times now, but *each time* something I ordered has been missing. I don't understand why it's so difficult to gather all the items I purchased together. Why are there always items missing? Don't your employees know how to count?
