Also my order today was the worst experience so far. They substituted items with items I didnt want. The 8 count Croissant i ordered only had 4, someone had opened and taken 4 out and the croissants were stale. The Salmon i received was rotten. Expired on 2/13, today is 2/18. Order #: 160290315

During my pickup, I was told that items would not be placed in my car unless they were already in bags, which I found confusing since that isn’t clearly stated as a policy. The lack of clarity was frustrating. More concerning, after the items were loaded, the associate closed my car door forcefully, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I’m sharing this to hopefully help improve customer service and ensure better handling of both customers and their property in the future.

Instead of simply processing the request, the cashier started questioning me, even though this is a perfectly reasonable request. The cashier’s name is Curtis. On top of that, another employee jumped in and asked why I was buying so many bottles of water, which was completely inappropriate. As a customer, I don’t owe anyone an explanation for what I choose to buy. This location always seems to have odd or unprofessional employees. Customer service here definitely needs improvement.
