Good inventory; poorly arranged with too much "choppiness" in how things are arranged! Difficult to shop at this Acme!

I had an uncomfortable experience at this store. At checkout, I asked to split my purchase into two separate transactions because I was using two different cards. Instead of simply processing the request, the cashier started questioning me, even though this is a perfectly reasonable request.
The cashier’s name is Curtis.
On top of that, another employee jumped in and asked why I was buying so many bottles of water, which was completely inappropriate. As a customer, I don’t owe anyone an explanation for what I choose to buy.
This location always seems to have odd or unprofessional employees. Customer service here definitely needs improvement.

This store decided to reorganize their entire inventory the week between Thanksgiving and Christmas and is a mess. On a busy Friday afternoon of people dashing in to grab items we were met by a store torn apart with pallets blocking aisles and staff moving items on shelves. Many key items do not align with the aisle signs, and there was only one check out lane open with a giant line while staff were busy relocating stock. Kind of crazy to do such a giant change during the busiest month of the year.

I just want to acknowledge the young man, Michael, who works in the deli section of this Acme. He was very pleasant, personable and professional in his customer service abilities. His attitude, smile and overall demeanor contributed to a great experience while grocery shopping. This rare experience even caught the attention of other shoppers who also commented on Michael’s customer service skills. We definitely need more people like him working in these public sector jobs. Thank you again, Michael. Keep up the good work!! We appreciate you, bro!!

Out of all ACME’s I have been to so far, this is probably my least favorite location. Some shelves barely have anything on them at all, others are so tight that only one person with a cart can go through and others have to squeeze, and then there’s mini random rolling shelves everywhere with loads of stuff that should just be on the empty shelves. The app shows items to be in a different aisle vs where they actually are, and the carts are so loud it’s embarrassing to walk around with. I had two items that I could not find in the store by myself without having to ask someone instead of it being where it should have been, or walking out and finding it on the outer shelves as I left the store. Inventory management needs to be better!
