- NCNicholas CollinsApr 16, 20262.0I had such a bad experience I felt it necessary to post a review for a grocery store. Went in on 4/16 at 5pm after work to pickup some items for dinner. There were no staff at customer service, no one walking the aisles, and someone bouncing between customer service and monitoring self checkout. The entire store seemed to have 3 employees at most. The store seemed significantly understaffed and no one was around to answer some quick questions. I had an issue at self checkout (only thing open) and waited 15 minutes for someone to come and clear the message. No one did so I switched self checkout kiosks. Really unacceptable.
- DDDanakhaApr 12, 20264.0Overall, I’ve never really had any major issues with this Acme location. The staff is consistently friendly and genuinely willing to help whenever you need it. A special shoutout to their florist they do an excellent job and always go the extra mile to assist customers. One thing worth noting: this location has largely moved away from staffed cashier lanes and steers most customers toward self-checkout. If you prefer a traditional checkout experience, just be aware of that going in. On pricing, Acme isn’t really known for being budget-friendly, and you can definitely find better deals at stores like Aldi. Acme has its own brand Signature which is usually better prices and Quatli’s good. But if convenience, a pleasant atmosphere, and helpful staff are your priority, this location delivers.
