  This location cares about the bottom line, not the quality of the items customers are paying for!!! Need better management!! This is now the second time I’ve purchased boxed food from this store that was clearly not up to quality standards, and I’m extremely frustrated with how it has been handled. The first issue involved multiple boxes of rice I regularly purchase for my daughter. One batch was clearly off missing ingredients or not the usual quality. Initially, I thought it may have been that my husband prepared incorrectly, but after making another box myself from the same lot number and getting the same result, I contacted the store. I spoke with Manager John, who told me to bring the items back and ask for him. When I returned the next day, he was present but never came out to speak with me. To make matters worse, when I came back the following week, the same lot number I reported was still on the shelf. It honestly appeared that the product I returned may have even been placed back out for sale. Fast forward a few months, and I had another issue this time with Lucky Charms cereal. I purchased it around 2 PM, and when my daughter opened it at home, she immediately noticed something was wrong. The cereal did not look like the normal product at all. I returned to the store the same day, but John was not there. The two managers on duty showed little to no concern about the issue. I shop at this location regularly and spend $200+ per week CASH. I know many of the staff and enjoy the experience overall, which is why this is so disappointing. However, I am not going to continue spending my hard-earned money at a store where product quality issues are dismissed and management shows a lack of accountability. Additionally, asking customers to repeatedly return defective items especially with gas prices where they are is unreasonable. When a customer reports a quality issue tied to a specific lot number, that should be taken seriously and addressed immediately not ignored. I expect better from a community grocery store and from store leadership.

  I used the Drive Up & Go for the first time today. My order was shopped by Brianna who cheerfully and professionally answered my questions, provided a perfect substitute item for an out of stock, and was pleasant and very accommodating at the handoff.
