I get the rushes, the anxiety, the horrible customers, but this was a small order and our fine host, jayda, decided to argue with me and my wife about one singular item on my receipt that she swore, for a minute straight that it was only a natural lemonade we purchased. She then reached in our suv grabbing the receipt saying it wasn't our receipt and I had said, "no we paid for a small strawberry lemonde as well." She said oh my God, then grabbed the SMALL STRAWBERRY LEMONADE THAT WAS ALREADY MADE ON THE DRIVE THRU COUNTER, and gave it to us. A redundant exchange for a solid 57 seconds of how we didn't order that and that was not our receipt. That was ridiculous jayda, smh, 0/5 customer service, should be fired. We were not rude, we were very calm in demeanor, but she was very adamant about herself and how we did not purchase a small strawberry lemonade...
- TWTee WebbNov 13, 20255.0Always is a good choice when it's too late to make dinner or I just don't have the energy. The food is good, not great, but it is fast food after all. Prices are fair, I guess, but I usually stick to the Biggie Bags which are enough to fill me and probably more than I should have anyway. There's always a line at the drive-thru but it always moves fast. The staff is always pleasant and the order is ready by the time I pay. And, they always seem to get the order right unlike some other fast food Mcplaces. So kudos to the staff. Fast, efficient and friendly. 👍🏼 Also I've noticed their Frosty machine is always working. Crazy, right? Not like the other Mcplace where the milk shake machine is out of order half the time.

This store will never get my money again! This is not the first time I dealt with this with this location. They are very very in accommodating and the service is trash!!
