- HHailey !Feb 8, 20261.0waited 30 minutes for boneless wings and cheesesticks just for them to cancel my order 4 minutes before close because theres no door dasher and so i offer to pick up even after paying delivery fee and they told me i cant pick it up bc they thew it out when i called them about the cancellation literally a minute afterwords. I then ask about a refund and she got smart and said i already got it so i informed her i did not and she told me i got it “literally a minute ago” when it was cancelled mocking what i said. Whoever was on the phone had terrible customer service and now i am unable to order because they waited so late to inform me.
