The customer service was a 0 in my eyes, after being in customer service my entire career. The man has a rude tone and told me I couldn't wait at the window for my mobile order that was set for drive thru and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes when a car that came behind me ordered and waited at the window for their order which was placed after mine. The food is always cold or burnt and I go for convenience but you lost another customer.
