  Very terrible service and attitude from the lady in the front, another person posted her picture in another bad comment you’ll see down the line, this place doesn’t do food correctly and didn’t do my coffee correctly on multiple different occasions but I try to be nice and just ask them to remake it most times, She refused to remake it, and then tried to short me on my refund good thing I noticed what she gave me and got the rest of my money, this place is not where you want your coffee or food made, they serve cheese cold on warm undercooked sandwiches, and will disregard any concern you have over your coffee that everyone needs done right in the morning smh. I’d give 0 stars, America runs on some another Dunkin because it’s for sure not this one.

  Regular customer morning or afternoon even some nights ! Took a drive this morning and its a hit or miss but today !! I feel fully disrespected giving me milk in a cup no coffe nor flavor! I took it and added instant coffee because im not one to cause a scene or have people waiting in line at a drive thru! Willl not be going back so sad........

  Food was disgusting the tater tot things were disgusting and tasted nasty from the oil The donut had like nothing in it it was just a waste of money and time

  This Dunkin does not take food safety/allergies seriously. I ordered a sausage wake up wrap (pork) and a turkey sausage wrap with no egg. Not only were the wraps made w the same gloves they were also put into the same bag, I don’t eat pork or eggs and I get very sick whenever I do ingest it which has already happened at this establishment once before. I go into the store with my bag and kindly asked to only have the turkey wrap remade but the employee remade both sandwiches. The employee looked at the bag which says no eggs on the turkey wrap and still put eggs on it. I realized once I got in the car and sent my partner back in because at this point I was very frustrated. He goes in and explains that it says no egg on the bag and instead of remaking the sandwich again, the employee just simply removed the egg as if it wasn’t already cooked into the wrap. I strongly recommend retraining all employees on food safety because this is not ok and someone can get very sick due to contamination. Fix it immediately
