  I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received yesterday morning. I called at 9:30 a.m. and spoke with a wonderful young lady named Paige, who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I was looking to order an Easy Order Sandwich Platter and a dozen cookies for a co-worker who had just lost a family member that morning. When I mentioned the urgency of the request for noon that day, Paige assured me that she could assist. I had reached out to several other local businesses, but none were able to fulfill my request on such short notice. Paige’s willingness to help truly exemplified exceptional customer service. I was also grateful when she called me at 11:30 a.m. to let me know that the order was ready for pickup. Thank you, Paige, and the entire staff at Milton Subway, for making this last-minute request possible. My co-worker and her family were deeply touched by the gesture, and they described the sandwiches and cookies as "delicious". Once again, thank you for your kindness and dedication. It made a significant difference during a difficult time.

  This place has gone to shits,they have a bunch of young people there that dont care to serve you and trick you out of your money they are rude and disrespectful you can tell they are not experienced to do hospitality work i will never go there again! They need to shut that down and put something else there thank god mcdonalds coming to town

  Not only is this Milton Delaware location one of the cleanest Subway restaurants, but they also have the friendliest staff! Great job!
