Homeless people living in cars in parking lot. A man, woman, dog CROWDING THE ENTRANCE WHILE USING WINDOW SILL AS ASHTRAY. 2nd visit, no obvious homeless, ordered at kiosk and it charged my card for sure because of alert, BUT NO RECEIPT. Waited at counter for a human to come into sight, FINALLY THE SUPERVISOR WALKS PAST IGNORING ME AND I STOPPED HER. I tried to CALMLY explain my concern, SHE PROCEEDED TO TALK TO ME LIKE I DID SOMETHING WRONG !!! Then a young girl walked up with an order and asked if it was mine, it was, manager TURNED AND WALKED AWAY BEFORE I SAID YES !!! How does this vile place exist ???? SCARY
