- TFTim FrantzenNov 6, 20251.0Placed my order at 5:30pm tonight, I live 4 miles away from the store. I got my food at 6:45 ice cold. I called the store at 6:00pm and was lied to by the female that answered the phone stating that “your order just came out of the oven and will be to you by 6:45”. I guess the employees don’t know that we can track our orders online. Before I called the store I checked online and saw that my order was waiting to be delivered and was undergoing the quality check. So unless there’s a glitch in the system my food sat made in a box for 30minutes before it left the store. Quality is trash, service is trash. Will go to Papa John’s or somewhere local from now on
