- LCLarry ChesterFeb 11, 20261.0I remember when it first opened it was really nice but now the parking lot is very confusing to navigate, I’ve never seen anything like it. I went inside because usually it’s quicker at most places but the staff focused on only the drive thru, I wanted a half dozen donuts so I was waiting to order at the counter but no one ever came to wait on me. I noticed a car pulling into the drive thru when I was walking in and that car was pulling out of the drive thru by the time I left so they just didn’t care about the people inside. The people who ordered on the kiosk were waiting well before I went inside and hadn’t been served before I left. I ended up walking out with no donuts not being waited on after waiting several minutes and it was just a huge waste of time. At that point just close the inside and be drive thru only. I will never ever be going back to this location go to any other Dunkin’ Donuts in the area.
