  I ordered two steak big breakfasts for Easter morning for our family. They gave us two breakfasts with sausage. We were on the road to Maryland and could not return to fix it. I called to let them know and the manager Steve asked us to come back when we return. Needless to say, we were disappointed that we didn't get what we paid for. They also gave us only one syrup and no ketchup for the hash browns and no utensils or napkins.

  Supposed to be open till 1. Pretended they were closed at 12:30. They've overtaken Taco Bell as the worst fast food in Milford.

  The person taking my order barely listened, so there was no surprise that my order was wrong. Went to grab the receipt to see if I paid for the order I wanted or the I received so that I could possibly have it corrected, only to find that the person who took my payment and was talking to another employee while waiting on me did not give me a receipt. So, rude, inattentive staff gave me the wrong order without a receipt and the fries were cold to top it off.

  Been having problems getting my mobile orders from this location, told I have to place a new order and will be refunded for my other order, but the refunds never come. Manager is telling me to contact through the app, the app customer service is telling me they have to talk to the manager of the store and they are both trying to not give me a refund.
