Had to ask for sauces and a straw, they were behind the counter. Soda machine had wrong Soda labeled on the buttons. They're very unorganized. I'm not a fan of TacoBell/KFC locations combined. Focus on one or the other. I did like the NO KIOSK ordering, keep the real person ordering. process.
