The girl with short, curly black hair working the counter was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me, talked to me with attitude, and even walked away while I was still speaking. On top of that, her hair wasn’t even tied up or properly secured, which is the bare minimum when working around food. Then my order came out completely wrong. She charged me for items I didn’t ask for, and what I got wasn’t even close to what I ordered. It honestly felt like she didn’t care at all and wasn’t even trying to do her job. This level of disrespect and carelessness is unacceptable. If someone can’t handle basic customer service or follow simple food safety standards, they shouldn’t be working at the counter. Management seriously needs to address this, because no customer should have to deal with service this bad.
