  Ordered a bowl asked for double chicken and as the young lady was scooping it she picked it out shaked the spoon took half the chicken off,did it again on the 2nd scoop! Then wanna charge 22 bucks.

  Much better experience than the Dover, DE location. Service ranked with the Camden, DE location's service over the past year. Will definitely return to this location!

  Just visited this place on the way to VA Beach from New York. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very good. The rest room was very clean

  If I could write a 0 review, I would. This is a related to a chipotel app order that I picked up on a very short lunch break. I ordered chicken and lettuce only secondary to dietary reasons. When I got it back at my office, it was covered in so much cheese, I couldn’t eat it and had no time to take it back. when I reached out complaining to corporate and asking for a credit to my account, they refused. After weeks of communicating with one person at corporate, they refuse to credit my salad. The first response was an apology. Oct 23. I again asked for a credit. LHenson from chipotle then responsed a month later on Nov 20 offering a free drink that I had to use within 30 days. I drink tap water. I don’t drink anythign else. I then asked again for a credit(third request). On Nov 23, they responded with an offer of buy one meal get one free that had to be used in 30 days. This is by my work office, where I only buy one meal for myself. I again asked for a credit instead. (it would cost them the SAME amount of money without me having to buy a second meal that I did not need). LHenson again declined and said they could only offer me buy one get one. What has happened to chipotle customer service? I have spent thousands of dollars over the years at Chipotles all over. This meal of lettuce and chicken holds a cost of goods of probably about $2.50. I already paid 10 for it, which they would still make a profit of. This was all through the chipotle app. not door dash or anything else. Chipotle received all of this money. Why was this not a simple fix in the first 24 hours of just crediting me an order that was not made correctly and I could not eat. Such a disappointment and it’s not even the money at this point, it is the principle of how I was treated by LHenson at Chipotle corporate complaint department.
