  I ordered 3 items. 1.) cinnamon raisin bagel 2.) egg and cheese croissant 3.) a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The cinnamon raisin bagel was good, the croissant was good, but that bacon egg and cheese bagel?? It may have been listed on the menu as a charcoal egg, and cheese. There was no bacon on there lmao I can't make this up. These were literal scraps of burnt char from the oven that probably fell off and were picked up from the bottom of the catch tray. Soon as I took a bite out of that poor excuse for a breakfast sandwich it went directly in the trash. I don't know how Dunkin' Donuts pays their employees all this money an hour for lousy service. For $12 yall just lost my business. Do better or shut this location down. Don't nobody got money to be wasting on this place. ALSO, your drive through is ridiculous.

  Management, I’ve tried 6 times to get blueberry muffins at 3 different locations since last October, and this is my first partial success. I wanted 4, but you only had 2. I know the people at the window don’t make the rules. I understand from speaking with the person today that you guys make them / receive them every day, but you always run out early. Can I make a management-level suggestion, please? Make more. There’s clearly a demand if you’re running out every day. My other choice is, I’ll start making them at home and stop trying to buy them there. This is an easy win for you! Thank you.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts location is hands-down one of the best I’ve ever visited! From the moment you walk in (or pull up to the drive-thru), the amazing customer service shines through. The staff is genuinely friendly, super attentive, and always greets you with a smile—no matter how busy they are. The team here goes above and beyond: they remember regular orders, double-check customizations without being asked, and handle everything with such positive energy. It’s rare to find a fast-food spot where the employees seem truly happy to be there and make you feel welcome every single time. And the food? Absolutely great—fresh, hot, and delicious. The donuts are perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of glaze or filling, the coffee is brewed strong and flavorful (my iced latte with a flavor shot was spot-on), and the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot every time. Nothing feels stale or rushed; it’s clear they take pride in what they serve. If you’re in the area or just craving a quick pick-me-up, I highly recommend stopping by this Dunkin’.
