  I visited Milford Arbys Saturday afternoon the experience was disappointing, with food served cold and a noticeable lack of care in preparation. The service only made things worse, as employees appeared disorganized, and there was even yelling directed at the staff by an older female manager creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, it felt unprofessional and far from enjoyable.Waited over 20 minutes for food Unacceptable,Customers seemed uncomfortable as well.Some of my coupons were not accepted even though they are still valid ?because it’s not available at this store someone help arbys get it figured out

  The Sunday morning manager (lady with glasses) has unnecessarily rude to her staff every time I’ve been inside the store. I thought it may have a been a one off maybe she had a bad day but this has been multiple times. Even some of the dining room guests said something about her rudeness to her employees. I would hate to work here.

  place was empty but they told me to drive around to the front and wait. I only ordered one lamb or beef gyro. upset stomach after eating it, and had the craps for days. 🤢 🤮

  The young man take it that was in charge was very professional and on top of things making sure the food was right and training new employees any business would be proud to have him working for them
