  Ordered a crunch wrap, got something that wasn't even on the menu. They just put ingredients in a tortilla and folded it. Horrible horrible service.

  It was around 12:00 PM. I had placed my order half an hour in advance, but when I arrived at the establishment, it turned out my food wasn't ready yet. I asked about it, but received no response; I asked again 10 minutes later, and still, there was no reply. Meanwhile, other customers were arriving, placing their orders, and leaving—while I was still waiting. Finally, after 45 minutes, they practically threw my food out the window at me. I feel that this shouldn't happen to anyone.

  Called the store to speak with a manager about an order placed on door dash. I just wanted to make sure that my sauces and napkins that’s frequently missing, are in the bag. My food was very cold when i received it. And when i called the store it took me 3 times before someone answered, and had an attitude about me asking for a gm, was told they weren’t there and was hung up in my ear. Whoever that young lady was needs to be disciplined or fired. Very unprofessional.

  Their staff is worthless, truly a waste of space. The incompetence is undeniable. I bought 5 beefy potato grillers, nachos and fiesta potatoes. Got home and discovered they forgot to put the 5 griller burritos in the bag. Tacobell helpline refused to be any help. Remember these are the people that argue to raise minimum wage. Their minimum skill and minimum effort and drive let you know all you need to know. Workers like this deserve the bare minimum pay.
