They used my cash first instead of the giftcard so i received no cash back when I had plans to use that money immediately after at another store. When the manager came to the window, i asked for a refund and that I didnt even want the order anymore and she said they were not allowed to do that. She then argued with me when i told her i was a manager myself and that the cashier rung up my transaction incorrectly. i proceeded to ask for corporates number and she told me very rudely to google it myself. I unfortunately did not catch their name but it was a heavy set caucasian lady with a males haircut. 10/10 do not recommend this location absolutely disgusting customer service.

I didn’t notice until I got home and I drove back, they went above and beyond to make it right. When I came back they gave me my food and I wanted to buy a frosty but she gave it to me free. I was having a rough day before all this and it’s people like her who make things a little better! She definitely cares about her job. I don’t post reviews to often but her actions deserved a good review!
