I immediately called the restaurant to inform them, but the person on the phone was very rude. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong pizza and kept me on hold for almost 10 minutes. I send picture of wrong pizza what they gave. When I went back to pick up the correct order, the staff behaved extremely rudely. I even told them that my kids had already touched the wrong pizza, but they said, “Give those pizza slices back, then I’ll give your pizza,” and still didn’t apologize. They showed no concern and told me, “If you want to complain, do it anywhere you want — I don’t care what the customer says.” This was a very disappointing experience. Usually, I don’t leave bad reviews, but their service and attitude were terrible. Please make sure to check the orders properly before giving them to customers.

I got home and the pizza was burnt and tasted terrible. I called and the guy said he would credit my account back but never did. I called a week later and the owner said he couldn’t do anything about because it was an online order. I never received an apology from either of the people I talked to. Doesn’t seem like they care they put out a burnt pizza.
