  First time ordering from this new location, and will be the last. We ordered coconut shrimp appetizer, which was decent but then we ordered the 16oz prime rib, which I threw most of it away. I ordered med-rare and got med-well, and it was super dry. They gave me the heel of the roast, so most of it was this overly peppered hard bark- inedible. Then we got the 8oz filet with toomba shrimp, the steak alone was ok, but that sauce ruined it. Nowhere did it mention it was spicy, so the kids couldn't eat either of the entrees we ordered (got the large entrees to share with 2 kids). Those three item ran us around $100 and it wasnt worth $40. DONT DO TAKEOUT HERE, THEY GIVE YOU THE GARBAGE THAT WONT FLY IF YOU DINED IN. Never again.

  Elyse E was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. She knew the menu and helped us decide on add ons. Our food was delicious and hot. The music was perfect!!! Way to go Outback Middletown!!! We will definitely be back, next year!!!! :)

  I felt like our waitress/waiter should not have been the bartender. We waited a long time because they were behind the bar most of the time and couldn't check on customers. ( our order was wrong) Place was clean, staff was friendly.

  William our server was the best part of our visit, right from the start I knew he was going to be a great server because of his professionalism...then throw in his great personality..... He did not disappoint....Best server ever! Our food was pretty good, after an appetizer I had steak and a baked potato, the baked potato wasn't done all the way after telling William, he immediately went and got me another one. He recommended the chocolate thunder from down other, again right on the money. I recommend Outback Steakhouse and if you go... ask for William.

  We stopped here on our way home from visiting our son, daughter-in-law & grandchildren. It had been a long trip with many back ups & accidents causing delays. With many more hours anticipated driving, we decided to take a break for dinner. I got the Victoria Fillet & my husband ordered grilled chicken. We both enjoyed our meals, which were pretty substantial with the included sides. My husband kept commenting on how delicious the chicken was, with the seasoning that was used. I can honestly say that my Fillet Mignon was the best I've ever had. It was so tender that I could cut it with the side of my fork. It was perfectly seasoned & cooked to my order. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our waiter was very attentive during our time there & we were cordially welcomed on arrival & thanked as we left. One negative is that the prices have gone up substantially. I realize that the prices of everything has gone up, but in my opinion, the food prices were raised excessively. That was disappointing, mainly because it limits how often we can go out to eat. Outback, you have a fabulous cook in this location & the quality of your food is well above what we've experienced prior to this in other Outback restaurants. But please, consider reducing your prices somewhat so that going out to dinner is more affordable for people. If you do so, people will be able to go out to dinner more often & you'll make more money in the long run because people will be patronizing you more often. I'm not suggesting taking a loss, but I am asking that you consider lowering your price increases to a level that's commensurate with your additional food costs. The items we ordered are grown in the US, so there is no additional cost because of tariffs. So, while prices have gone up, they haven't gone up as excessively as items that are subject to tariffs & consequently, your meal prices should not have gone up as if the prices included tariffs. Outside of that, we were highly satisfied.
