I would suggest refunding the customer credit card instead of a substitution and to remove it temporarily online so others don’t suffer the same fate. Despite that I will be a loyal customer in the future

I ordered 2 Italian hoagies and a cheesesteak. I asked them to put the letuce/tomato/onions on the side and for the hoagies to be dry.. driving 1.5 hours south.. I've learned to get those items on the side unless you want a soggy roll. They accommodated that request with no issues! The hoagies were packed with meat and so delicious. The meat is sliced thin (the way we prefer!) and the roll is delicious. Now the real show stealer. The cheesesteak. The meat was seasoned perfectly, the right amount of grease, and the roll.. perfect. One of the best, if not the best, cheesesteaks I've had outside of Philly. Can't wait for my sons next eye appointment to get another one! This place is worth the stop!
