Small shards of wood scattered through my food. Idk how the hell this even happens but the fact they won’t refund me because they only give vouchers is stupid. I’m not coming back to place that has contaminates in their food, sorry. But also customer service has kindly let me know even if I went to the store they can’t refund me bc I have to go back and fourth with cooperate to see if they deem a refund plausible. This company is terrible and they clearly don’t care about their patrons. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I was so disappointed with the service and the environment too everyone was yelling at everyone in Spanish I didnt know what was going on and my bowl was left empty until I said I wanted guacamole and the man put two FAT scoops in my bowl to fill it. I hated the experience. Never getting Chipotle again.
