  I've ordered from this location approximately 3 times and every single time, my iced coffee tastes terrible. The reasoning for giving them another chance after the first mess up, is because everyone deserves second chances. This last time was because there was a promo code for free coffee and it's right down the street from my office. The service is quick though.

  Got a banana puddin cloud latte this morning from here that literally just looked and tasted like they gave me milk with 1 pumps of the banana syrup and didn’t even put the banana cold foam on top it was absolutely terrible, we always have issues with this dunkin messing something up but had to stop there today as it was closer so we had hopes today would be different as there was no one else but me and my boyfriend in the building. How you mess up that bad when you only have two customers and are given the instructions on how to make the drink is beyond me workers always seem like they hate their job in there as well and just rush to get their shift over

  I like how they make their drinks taste better than others I hav3 been to. Staff constantly changes and they seem to not want to work

  I made a mistake and without my receipt I asked Manager Mike to check on a $60 charge by me last week after i only purchased 2 orders of omelette bites.. He was very obliging and was trying to find it for me and spent a lot of time doing it. Later I realized after some deep thought trying to remember that I had purchased a $50 gift card also! So with that I sincerely apologize to Mike and thank him graciously for his efforts!
