- SMSteve Miller3 days ago1.0I genuinely have no idea how it’s possible to be worse than the other Middletown location but this place has done it. Dicks last resort has a more friendly and inviting staff.
- JBJacob BrimmerApr 17, 20261.0Came in the women taking the order obviously didn’t wanna be there and made sure to make sure everyone knew that. I asked for sour cream and she said they were out while rolling her eyes and making sure I felt like I shouldn’t be there, will not be coming back to this location as she made everything seem like a problem. She told me to wait as the sour cream needed to be prepped and I saw her continue to show every customer there the lowest bit of effort imaginable to make anyone feel welcomed.

ESPECIALLY when we spent $74 on this order! Whoever was filling mobile orders at 8pm on 4/16/26 needs to be retrained and learn the value of quality control and double checking the order. Missing items: salsa in tacos. Fajita veggies and salsa in bowl, no side of the cilantro lime sauce we paid extra for, small order of queso and chips when we ordered a large. I know you're a newer store, but do better. One mistake is understandable, but five....that's just being lazy and careless.

- JJJApr 9, 20261.0Please do not choose this chipotle. I got a bowl and the beans looked like brown guck. smushed and smeared throughout bowl. could not stomach my first bite so the rest was tossed. Management needs to be held accountable
