- ANAshlie NicholeDec 5, 20252.0I’m not sure if who runs a store even works in there or pay attention to what their employees do but I have been to pretty much every Dunkin’ Donuts in Delaware and I also work in Maryland and every other Dunkin I’ve been to through Delaware and Maryland are better than this Dunkin in Harrington nothing is ever prepared right and everything is always half ass and you never get what you’re expecting to get it seems like the workers just do it to get it done and that’s it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a coffee and it’s been made completely wrong or I’ve been handed someone else’s order. Whoever runs this duck, he needs to go in there and do a serious clean out and re teach everyone

I felt bad for the 1 guy working the window and the 1 girl working the front especially for a Friday but it’s been this way for weeks now. Everyone needs to call and complain it’s not their fault it’s management they are way over staffed during the morning. But only have 2 people on shift in the late afternoon to night is crazy tonight was rough I waited 30 min in drive thru and almost everyone was going back inside to complain about there order including me and inside was a total mess.
