- KCKendall Carroll2 days ago1.0Why are you guys still open? This place is horrible it needs to shut down right now. I ordered a sundae with hot fudge and cookie dough. I got three pieces of cookie dough and there’s a thin layer in the middle when it’s legit supposed to be on top. This place is horrible. Do not come here. That’s why there’s nobody there when we went. What a disappointment.

Patient with my grandchildren when they kept changing their minds. He clearly enjoys his job. Excellent customer service! Exactly the kind of customer service this place needs because since it's been open the majority of the employees, including managers, have had bad attitudes and awful work ethic. Especially at night. Miserable people. I stopped going there about 9 months after they opened. I think after this visit, I may start coming back.
