They had absolutely no control of the product's condition when I received it, but someone in their manufacturing chain has to improve their quality control. An ice cream sandwich sold under the Food Lion brand had a piece of plastic in it. It was very chewy. I decided to find out why and found a piece of plastic in it. Photos are attached.
