I decided this time to call the store ahead to ensure that the wings are actually covered in sauce. The gentleman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, told me they can only drizzle the sauce on top (lies, because other Dominos actually coats their wings) and then continued to tell me that he doesn’t have time to be talking on the phone. I’m reading through the other comments and it sounds like it’s the same guy who is rude to the customers. If that’s him, he’s gotta go.

I called the store They couldn't find a manager then I spoke with someone that said he was the manager and wouldn't give me his name. I found out later his name was Gerardo. He was very rude he argued with me because I explained to him how the pizza came and I just wanted to be reimbursed and he would not reimburse me. I even offered to send them pictures of the freaking pizza and box he just laughed at me but could barely speak English

Called the store, was on hold for 15 minutes listening to the automated BS, only to be disrespected left and right by not only the driver but who I could assume was the manager. He wanted to Claim I was lying. Driver claimed he knocked on the door with no answer so he left it outside? But didn't call? Again, I WAS HOME SO NO HE DIDNT KNOCK ON MY DOOR. When I confronted the manager IN PERSON for the disrespect he proceeded to get angry and threaten my friend and once again claiming we lied. I did not lie over not receiving pizza, esp. when this pizza was to feed my children. He re-made us our order however that treatment was extremely uncalled for. BRIAN the driver should be fired for failing to deliver a pizza without calling/confirming. Should never treat people like this OVER PIZZA
