    I came to this establishment on my lunch break Tuesday March 24 at 3:23pm, so obviously time is of the essence. The kiosk showed the Oreo McFlurry sold out which was OK. The problem is that the menu selection showed the hot fudge sundae and bottled water as available options which I purchased. I’m standing in line and the server comes back to say there is no ice cream, so now I’m waiting for a manager to refund my order. The manager has to prep the register for me to scan my card for the refund, have me sign a receipt for the refund, then he has to take a picture of my original receipt. Dude… that’s way too much process and procedure for $4.10, they act like I was making a computer purchase return. I finally get my food 10 mins later, but now they say bottled water is sold out and offer me a “cup of water” instead of a refund. Why in the blue hell would I want a cup of tap water when I paid for purified water? I asked for another refund for the bottled water and the same female server breathes hard as if I’m holding her up and I’m the one on lunch break, and she proceeds to say “you will have to wait.” The manager comes over and explains that if I can wait 2 mins. then he can grab me a bottled water from the truck delivery. The manager comes back over 2 mins. later without saying anything and just hands me $2 from the register even though I paid with a debit card. My advice to this business is have your kiosk menu selections updated. If something is not available, take it off. Have your inventory updated. Keep your store stocked. It’s getting warmer outside, ice cream and bottled water is something you should always have. Learn from Chic Fil A to service customers with a smile and not breathe hard for your own shortcomings and faults. Apologize and offer the customer something for free for the inconvenience, that’s something that can go a long way and would have avoided a negative review. Learn how to run a business or move on to something else.

    Ordered through the app for drive-thru pickup and it took 25 minutes from the time I placed the order to actually get my food. When I got to the window, nobody could find my order and the staff kept asking if I ordered at the right location, like I didn’t know what I was doing. Instead of just checking the system properly, they kept sending me in circles. The whole process was slow, disorganized, and frustrating. If you’re offering mobile ordering for drive-thru pickup, the staff should know how to locate the order and move the line along. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

    Customer service is horrible! They will let you stand at the counter forever! You have to say something for them to come to take your order. Food is overpriced, and sandwiches have gotten smaller! Food is cold. I got a quarter pounder that one side of the burger was burnt! The roaches crawling across the floor in broad daylight was enough for me! This McDonald's use to be one of the best in the area. Not the case since they renovated. Quality of food went down and customer service is horrible. Won't be going there to eat again!!!
