I ordered togo and waited for 20 additional minutes for my meals. the staff was loudly talking/cussing while also ignoring customers in line. While i was waiting, me and the woman in line next to me witnessed the cashier loudly complaining to her management about a young girl who was waiting for her order. No damn joke this young girl started CRYIN. How are you doing so much as to make a customer cry?? it was downright embarrassing for the manager and the staff. we heard the girl talking to the manager and she was the most softspoken little thing I felt so bad. Ive never seen such Horrible behavior from the staff. I was picking up my order but based on this experience I will never be coming in again, cashier with pink hair needs an attitude and volume adjustment, and management needs to step up and keep those conversations in the kitchen. By the time i got it my food was cold and my bun was soggy. Not to mention half the sodas were flat. Im so dissappointed. Don't go here.
