I changed to Safeway pharmacy and so glad I did they are the best. Rite aid closed so I got lucky when I called and the pharmacist told me he could do all the transfers. Now I also do some of my shopping there too. Thank you so much for being there for my family

I love this Safeway. I came here around 9 am a few days ago. It wasn't crowded. It was fully stocked with peaches, so I bought two cans of peaches with light syrup. They were at a good price and were good quality. The cashier was very nice.

Did not have a good experience in this store. The Customer Service lady working today was not helpful. I only asked her to purchase something off the website that was not in stock. She refused to give me the price that was given to me online and would not make the item available for me to purchase. Told me to wait till Friday- it’s Monday. I thought thats what customer service is for. The days of Good Customer Service I guess are over.

The prices are crazy unreasonably high for commodity items you can buy elsewhere. I’m not including exotic or out of season items. I’m talking everyday things your family needs. I don’t shop Walmart and I’m not comparing this to Aldi or other discount chains. But when a can of soup is over $1 more and everyday items are noticeably more expensive for the very same thing, I don’t understand why someone would choose to shop here for anything you can buy elsewhere. Even Publix is not this expensive, and they have BOGO items every week to make up for it. It so happens that prescriptions here are noticeably cheaper, so I WOULD recommend this store for prescriptions. I was surprised at this sheer number of tags on all of the shelves. It looked absolutely a nightmare for inventory management. I think if they spent less money on putting all the silly tags on all the items on the shelf, they could drop prices on some of these items and still make a huge profit. Have your sales, mark 100 items per week if that makes you happy, and quit with this thousands of items marked with paper tags insanity. There are several reasons Albertsons was run out of South Florida — outrageous pricing and perceived mediocre quality were two of them. I work hard for my money — like most people — and these prices are disrespectfully high. This isn’t a high-end store. It feels like they’re taking advantage of a lot of people that don’t know better. I don’t like that. If Whole Foods comes to Rehoboth Beach as planned, I’ll drive down there. I can buy my Oreos at Target or Redners 😂
