She said she remembered me placing it but them went silent and looked up the zip code. Said dont worry about it it's late. It's 12:00 am now and nothing yet went on the website I ordered through it says they closed. Had me waiting for nothing .. poor service & unprofessional. Won't be ordering from here no more. This time, I had to call because my food never showed up, only to be told, “Oh, we had to remake it.” No one thought to call or update me about that. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t even hot just warm. The pizza tasted doughy, and the toppings seemed like they were just thrown on at the last minute. Honestly, Pizza Hut doesn’t have to worry about getting my business again after this experience.

We got the large stuffed crust and the pizza itself tasted okay but unfortunately I think the cheese in the crust went sour. I called too let them know and she issued me a full refund and is sending me out a replacement pizza and threw in an extra dessert! Will order from here again very impressed with the service!
